La Perch
2 bedroom cottage, sleeping 2-4	This is the private sun terrace, with views over the surrounding woods, down into the two private lakes. Newly renovated, and comfortably furnished for 2007 season.

Inside on the level you will find a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. With oven and hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave (and there is a washing machine in the laundry room)
In bedroom 1 the twin beds can be put together to make a king sized bed. In bedroom 2 is a comfortable full size set of bunk beds. The quality of the beds will not dissapoint. Both bedrooms have there own private access into the family shower room with walk in massage shower toilet and sink.

Le Grenier
	Le Grenier is a luxury 2 bedroomed Gite. Both bedrooms have high quality full size matresses wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has high vaulted ceilings with original exposed beams, with the following comforts. Fitted carpets throughout add to your comfort. On the private patio are a table and chairs to enjoy the alfresco dining amidst the beautiful countryside and our private gardens. There is a stone built BBQ shared with Gite Le Perche.
Kitchen is is fully fitted with integrated fridge freezer, electric oven and Gas Hob, with extractor, microwave, toaster, electric kettle. the washing machine is in a shared utility room.	The living room is comfortably furnished with a two seater settee and two lounge chairs. coffee table satellite TV. with your favourite UK. programmes. DVD player and CD music player is integral. Dining table and 4 chairs are included in the spacious open plan . area.
The bedroom has two beds 3 foot by 6 foot 6inches, and high quality mattresses . Wardrobe and chest of drawers.	The Second bedroom also has two beds with high quality mattresses . Wardrobe and chest of drawers.
	Fishing in our private lake is included in the booking price. Additional new stocks of Carp were added in February this year. Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside are seen from the living room French windows. New for this year is our shared pool. heated June, July and august. Sunloungers supplied, Linen provided but not personal towels. This gite could be rented with Le Perche for a family group. Set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres.  It has its own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch and trout!  If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds.
The bathroom is fitted out to a high standard with a luxury shower cabin and heated towel rail included.

We Had a super week at the Moulin Ponto. The owners T&B were lovely; helpful & available but very discreet seeing they live next door. We loved the cottage, fabulous accommodation, super location and the fishing was great too!!
We found it a good base to see and explore the area and we did lots; cycled down the Nantes / Brest canal, visited Carnac, Quiberon, La Baule, Guerande, Pontivy, Ricmontour (stunning) and ate some great food and drank lots.
